Dr. Ebenezer Afriyie is a Food Systems Specialist with University of Ghana Nkabom Collaborative. He has over fourteen years of experience in designing, planning, and executing food security, agrifood systems, and renewable energy projects. He has expertise in feasibility studies, risk assessment, and quantitative and qualitative research. Dr. Afriyie has previously worked as a Senior Agricultural Engineer with the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council, and a Consultant for the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and several other businesses. He holds PhD. Environmental Science (China), MSc. Sustainable Agriculture (Australia) and BSc. Agricultural Engineering (Ghana). He is a Mandela Washington Fellow and an Australia Awards Scholar. Dr. Afriyie is a Project management expert with PMP and PRINCE2 certifications. He is also member of professional associations such as Ghana Institution of Engineering, International Association of Engineers, and Project Management Institute, USA.
