I am currently teaching at Metropolitan International University and still provide service through the Uganda National Agro-input Dealers Association. I also worked as a value chain manager at Heifer International for the East African Youth Inclusion Program for 1 year, I am good at mentoring and coaching teams. I am dedicated to impacting Uganda, I am ready to use my experience, and I am open to learning as well as sharing. I have experience working with youth and women.
I believe in proper stakeholder management because I appreciate the role of collaboration. I also appreciate the positive impact of compliance with policies and regulations with both Government and development partners. I appreciate the value of full participation and therefore make an effort to empower as many people as I can. I have worked with farmers and have handled a number of partnership development efforts.
