Pamela Kampire is a Senior Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Strategist with deep roots in feminist policy and rights-based development, Pamela specializes in embedding inclusion at the core of donor-funded programming spanning health, agriculture, education, climate, and governance. At Abt Global, she led GEDSI integration across four high-value donor proposals, including two submitted to USAID and FCDO, each centered on intersectional inclusion. Her models deliver real outcomes: At USAID’s ICAN Project, she designed a national empowerment model that enabled 60% of adolescent girls and young women to start businesses, 20% to return to school, and 20% to assume leadership roles. She holds a PhD in Development Studies and is a recognized leader in designing scalable inclusion frameworks and empowerment models for women and youth.
