Rosemary is a seasoned Monitoring, evaluation and learning expert. She has over 10 years of experience conducting assessments for projects around peace, democracy, education, agriculture and governance. She has conducted over 20 trainings on data quality, results-based monitoring and evaluation, and helped organizations improve their MEL systems. She is also a commercial organic poultry farmer.
