Sarahi Morales is an agricultural development professional whose work focuses on food systems, education, and applied research. She works across undergraduate teaching, non-formal education, and development projects to design, support, and evaluate food-system interventions. Her experience includes international, grant-funded projects in collaboration with universities, NGOs, and development organizations, particularly in Latin America. Her work centers on the human dimensions of agricultural development, learning, and resilience. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family.
