Victor Balogun is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with over a decade of experience working across agriculture, food systems, and rural development in Nigeria. He led evaluations and third party monitoring for USAID/Nigeria Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Support Activity advised on agroecological strategies, and supports inclusive, evidence-based decision-making. Victor is also active in youth-led food policy advocacy and volunteers on public health, poverty reduction, human rights and good governance initiatives in Nigeria. When offline, he enjoys watching Super Eagles and Super Falcons of Nigeria.
